Speak to Lead™ · 10 weeks live · Singapore-based academy
The English confidence every ambitious professional deserves.
You already know some English. Now learn to speak with confidence in meetings, interviews, presentations and everyday conversation — without fear, without memorising scripts, and without pretending to sound like someone else.
Online · Small live classes of 6–12 · Scheduled around prayer times
Why we exist
Because opportunity should never be lost in silence.
“I know the answer. I just can't say it.”
The sentence we hear more than any other
- You hesitate before you speak, even when you are right.
- You worry about making a mistake in front of colleagues.
- You replay the conversation in your head long after it ended.
- You let someone else answer first.
- You find a reason to avoid the presentation.
- You stay quiet in the meeting — and the idea stays with you.
Not because you are not capable. Because nobody ever taught you how to communicate confidently. That is exactly why Speak to Lead exists.
Our promise, before anything else
We will never ask you to sound British or American.
Your accent is part of who you are, and part of where you come from. We will never mark you down for it. We work on a specific sound only when it changes a word or makes a listener ask you to repeat yourself.
Our goal is simple: help people understand you.
The transformation
Imagine where you will be ten weeks from now
- Introducing yourself clearly, without rehearsing it for an hour first.
- Answering your manager's question without translating in your head.
- Speaking naturally with international colleagues and clients.
- Giving a presentation that people actually follow and remember.
- Interviewing for the role you have been avoiding applying for.
- Travelling without needing someone else to speak for you.
- Handling the call, the complaint, the negotiation — in English.
- Your children hearing you speak English with confidence.
This is not about perfect English. It is about a better future.
Why professionals choose us
We do not teach English. We teach communication.
Knowing the words was never your problem. Using them under pressure is a different skill — and it is a skill that can be trained.
Communication, not vocabulary
You already have the words. We train the moments where they disappear: the question you did not expect, the meeting that moves too fast, the panel that pushes back.
Clarity, not accent
Your accent tells your story. Our job is to help people understand it. We grade whether your listener follows you — never how close you sound to a native speaker.
Every lesson ends with you speaking
At least 60 percent of live time is you talking or actively listening to a peer. Confidence grows by speaking, not by watching someone else speak.
Small classes. Nowhere to hide.
Six to twelve people. Not fifty. Every learner performs, every week, and leaves with feedback that names one thing to change.
Your journey
Ten weeks. Ten things that change.
Each week you leave with something you could not do the week before — and a recording that proves it.
Who this is built for
Built for working professionals across Saudi Arabia and the GCC
Whatever your field, the moments are the same: the meeting, the call, the presentation, the interview. We use your real work situations as the practice material.
You are not only learning English. You are setting an example.
When your children hear you speaking English with confidence, they learn confidence.
When your daughter watches you give a presentation, she believes she can too.
When your family travels, you become the person everyone relies on.
When your community needs someone to speak, you no longer look at the floor.
Your ability is an amanah. Every skill you strengthen opens another door — to provide for your family, to serve your community, and to represent yourself and them with dignity. Seeking beneficial knowledge has always been an investment.
Where this comes from
Trusted education from Singapore
Singapore is where East meets West — where people from many cultures work side by side every day, and where English is not a school subject but the working language of business, leadership and innovation.
Sultan Global Academy has spent years teaching learners in Singapore and internationally. We are now bringing the same practical communication approach to professionals across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Meet your trainers
People buy trust before they buy a curriculum
You will not be handed to a rotating pool of tutors. You will know exactly who is teaching you, and they will know your name and your goal.
Yasmin Abdul Hamed
Founder & Academic Director
Yasmin is an educator and entrepreneur who has spent more than two decades in education. She graduated with an Honours Degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Tasmania, Australia, and holds a Specialist Diploma in Haematology and Blood Banking from Singapore Polytechnic.
Although she trained in the medical sciences, she found her real work in teaching. In 2018 she founded Sultan Academy, an online education hub that has helped hundreds of students in English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology — pioneering virtual classrooms long before online learning became normal, teaching across Singapore, Australia and Abu Dhabi.
Today she leads the development of Speak to Lead™ and Conversational English at Sultan Global Academy, designed for adult learners and working professionals.
“I have seen brilliant professionals stay silent simply because they were afraid of making a mistake. Our mission is not to teach English. It is to help every learner communicate with confidence, lead with clarity, and open doors through the power of language.”
Mr Abdullah
Lead Trainer, Speak to Lead™
Mr Abdullah is an experienced language educator with 18 years of teaching behind him. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature and is currently reading for a Master's Degree in English Language, deepening his expertise in language education and pedagogy.
He has taught learners from many different backgrounds — children and adults alike — supporting a wide range of learning needs, abilities and proficiency levels. That range is why his lessons are built around the learner rather than the syllabus, and why they aim at confidence and communication rather than coverage.
He works from a simple conviction: every learner can succeed when given the right support, encouragement and opportunity. His classroom is deliberately inclusive, and his goal is not only stronger English but the confidence and skill to use it in a changing world.
“Teaching is heart work — a profession built on compassion, patience, and meaningful relationships.”
Is this you?
This programme is for you if…
- You understand a good amount of English, but you freeze when it is your turn to speak.
- You want the promotion, but you avoid the parts of the job that need presenting.
- You work with — or want to work with — international clients and colleagues.
- You want your children to watch you grow, not just tell them to.
- You believe seeking knowledge is a lifelong investment, not a certificate.
- You are ready to practise consistently, about 30–45 minutes on three days a week.
If you are a complete beginner who needs the alphabet and basic tenses first, this is not the right starting point — and we will tell you so honestly on the placement call rather than take your fee.
Inside one lesson
90 minutes, and most of them are yours
Every week follows the same six stages, so the only thing that changes is how much support you still need.

Student stories
This space is waiting for our first Saudi cohort
We could have filled this page with invented quotes and stock faces. We would rather leave it empty until a real learner gives us permission to tell their story. If you join the first cohort, this may end up being you.

What we promise, and what we will not
We do not promise perfect English.
We do not promise fluency in ten weeks.
We do not promise a qualification that we are not authorised to award.
We promise something more useful. If you attend, if you practise, and if you trust the process, you will be more confident than you are today — and that confidence stays with you long after the course ends.
Investment
Invest in the conversations that could change your career
One promotion.
One interview that goes well.
One presentation people remember.
That is what is actually on the other side of this. The fee is the smallest part of the decision.
SAR 1,500 one payment · full 10 weeks

Before you book
Questions people ask us
Will you correct my accent?
No. We grade whether your listener understands you. We work on specific sounds only when they change a word or force someone to ask you to repeat — /p/ and /b/, /v/ and /f/, dropped word endings. Nobody is marked down for sounding Arabic.
How much English do I need to start?
Roughly A2 to early B1: you can manage a familiar conversation, but your answers come out short, translated, or hard to follow. The placement call exists to check this properly, and it is free.
Can I do this while working full time?
Yes. One 90-minute live lesson a week, plus about 30–45 minutes of practice on three days. Most of that practice is recording yourself on your phone, which fits into a commute.
What if I miss a week?
Lessons are recorded and each week's practice plan stands on its own, so you can catch up. But the performance task is where the learning happens, so we ask you to protect the live sessions.
Do I get a certificate?
You receive a course completion record if you score 60/100 or above on the final assessment with no core domain below 50 percent. It states your contact hours and the tasks you demonstrated. It is not a CEFR certification and we will not describe it as one.
Is one-to-one available?
Yes. The same ten modules and the same evidence, with the trainer as your role-play partner and a faster rotation of scenarios. Ask on the placement call.
What we do not claim
This is an independent curriculum. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the British Council or the Council of Europe. Our level language is informed by the CEFR's can-do descriptions, but completing this course is not an official CEFR qualification.
Ten weeks can create real speaking improvement and strong evidence of it. It does not guarantee movement across a full CEFR level. Your result depends on your starting point, your attendance, your practice, and how much English you actually speak between lessons.
Your future will not wait.
They will arrive sooner than you think. Let's make sure you are ready.
